This blend is roasted specifically to create an amazing cold brew. Everyone who tastes this blend has the same descriptors – chocolaty, rich, smooth, and not at all bitter. The base of this blend is a popular Brazilian bean that balances the natural sweetness and flavors of the coffee with a full-bodied punch, leading to an exceptional cold brew experience.
New to cold brew? No problem, we’ve made this super simple.
- Choose the filter packs at checkout if you don’t have cold brew equipment.
- Fill 3 oz (1/4 of the bag) into a filter, and tie off.
- Find a Mason jar (or another 34-ish ounce container with a lid).
- Add the coffee pouch you made in step 2 to the jar, top with water, and place in the fridge.
- Wait.
- Wait some more… like 18-24+ hours (36 for SUPER strong cold brew). Personally, I find 24 hours to be perfect.
- Remove the filter pack and toss after all the waiting (or sprinkle the grounds around your garden, they keep slugs away)
What you just made is a cold brew concentrate. We recommend mixing it 50/50 with cold water, pouring that mixture over ice, top with your favorite flavors and cream. Then sit back, kick up your feet, and enjoy!
